Andrea Marani specialises in financial markets, corporate finance, structured finance and derivatives. He advises domestic and international clients on capital markets deals, IPOs and secondary offerings and also advises banks and financial intermediaries with respect to financial derivatives and financing of acquisitions and structured finance transactions.

Andrea has assisted a wide range of investment banks and Italian and overseas companies. After graduating in Law “maxima cum laude” from Rome University in 1987, Andrea pursued his studies further at the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College.

Andrea joined the firm in 1999 and in 2002 was made partner. 

He is a member of the Italian Bar and member of the International Bar Association.

He speaks Italian and English.
