Andreas Zahradnik joined DORDA after his practical court experience. Since 1996 he is a partner of DORDA Rechtsanwälte GmbH.

He is an expert in banking and capital markets law, M&A and restructuring (in particular relating to financial institutions) as well as corporate law and compliance. He mainly advises domestic and international banks, investment firms, private equity, venture capital, investment and hedge funds.

- We advised BAWAG P.S.K in proceedings against the City of Linz re SWAP transactions. Matter value EUR 450 millon. (2018)
- We advised Erste Group on successful negotiations with Microsoft regarding a pilot project to build a cloud solution. (2018)
- We advised the previously purely offline bank on entering B2C online banking with green field outsourcing project. (2018)
- We advised HNA Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in the listed Austrian C-Quadrat Investment. (2018)
