Andrej Jelenkovic is an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners. He is a senior member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group, specialising in common commercial disputes, with a particular focus on financings, construction matters, and the retail business. Andrej represents multinational and domestic companies in various dispute claims, including bankruptcy procedures and pre-packed reorganisation plans (APPRP). He is also covering the area of tax and financial offences and tax administrative disputes.
