Andrew Adams is an associate and member of the Finance Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Charlotte office.

His practice involves a broad range of financial transactions, including advising banks, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions on structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, acquisitions financings, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements.
