Profile

Andrew represents business and government clients in a variety of civil litigation, commercial law and advisory matters.

He has litigated cases in state and federal courts and around the country before different arbitration panels, administrative and government tribunals, and boards. He represents individuals, public and private businesses, and governmental entities and has litigated cases involving issues such as civil rights, constitutional claims, construction and land use, business torts, trade secrets, and commercial disputes to name a few. He also advises clients on a variety of business and legal matters, including records retention, electronic privacy, Internet and social media, and electronic discovery.

Andrew lectures around the country on topics, such as electronic discovery, records retention and what companies should look for in outside counsel. Previously, he served as a deputy attorney general with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where he represented the Commonwealth and state agencies in civil litigation. He has also served in various volunteer and pro bono positions.
