Andrew Kirschenbaum is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation department, where he represents clients in a variety of litigation contexts from pre-suit investigation through appeal and judgment collection.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kirschenbaum served as a law clerk to the Hon. Cathy Seibel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  He previously worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
