• Auckland University of Technology Advised on the new tower development from the start of the process, assisting in the initial strategy discussions, and preparing and negotiating the full suite of documents including the development agreement, the lease and the student accommodation services management agreement. Andrew also advised AUT on the acquisition of a central city property which is an important strategic addition to our client’s portfolio.
