Profile
As an associate on the firm’s real estate capital markets team, Andrew assists clients with SEC reporting and compliance and capital raising. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on real estate and energy/utility capital markets transactions.
Andrew’s practice involves issuers in the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and energy/utility industries, and his clients include public companies and investment banks acting as underwriters and initial purchasers. While advising his clients with raising capital, his practice includes registered debt offerings, first mortgage bond offerings, common stock offerings (including establishment of “at-the-market” equity programs) and preferred stock offerings.
Andrew has also represented immigrant children on a pro bono basis in proceedings to achieve “special immigrant juvenile status” and become permanent residents of the United States.
