Anne helps clients navigate the complex intersection between law, science and business. She focuses on patent litigation, counseling and portfolio management, and licensing.

Anne has worked on litigations and patent prosecution for international consumer products, pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and medical device companies as well as companies in the field of cybersecurity. She has experience counseling clients on intellectual property matters, participating in post-grant proceedings, providing legal opinions, prosecuting patent applications in the United States and working with foreign counsel to prosecute foreign patent applications.

Anne has participated in all aspects of post-grant proceedings relating to consumer, pharmaceuticals, chemical and biotechnology products, including inter partes review. She has drafted and reviewed licenses and other technology agreements for clients who desire to monetize their portfolios. She helps clients to enforce their portfolios by rendering opinions concerning patent infringement, validity, and enforceability and freedom-to-operate.

Anne is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office, where she previously served as an extern focusing on patent applications related to semiconductors and microphones.

Anne completed her LLM in intellectual property at Queen Mary University of London, where her dissertation focused on choice of law clauses and their impact on trade secret protection in the United States and Europe.
