Paralegal

Annie Pouliot is a paralegal who works in many areas, including intellectual property and commercial financing.

She conducts trademark availability searches, product and service description searches, and handles all the steps involved in registering trademarks at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the offices of the Madrid Protocol member countries. She is also specialized in filing and registering industrial designs, and performs trademark and patent searches in the registers of several countries.

She works in collaboration with notaries and drafts the documents required to put together commercial financing deals. She also has a good handle on the land register and the register of personal and movable real rights.
