Profile
Mr. Mullins is responsible for envisioning, implementing and maintaining the Litigation Support and e-Discovery systems and operations. His areas of expertise span a breadth of creative, managerial and computer-science related disciplines. He currently serves as Manager of Spilman’s Litigation Support department, where he provides internal and client-facing technical consulting in areas such as e-Discovery, digital forensics and data analytics.

Managing projects throughout the litigation life-cycle from beginning to end, including trial presentation

Coordinating and managing complex document review of electronic information to ensure effective and efficient processes in compliance with applicable legal standards
Preparing and implementing complex electronic discovery protocols and stipulations
Developing and presenting comprehensive electronic discovery and document review platform trainings for legal teams and clients
Remaining current with evolving litigation technologies as they develop to ensure clients have access to the most effective and efficient resources available
Serving as Instructor and Lecturer in the Litigation Project Management Certification Program at The Organization of Legal Professionals (OLP)
