Anthony Pusateri helps clients resolve their needs, whether those needs are related to protection and recovery of collateral or debts, bankruptcy reorganizations, workouts and other restructuring, or documenting and closing commercial loan transactions. He has experience enforcing the rights of secured and unsecured creditors through litigation and pre- and post-judgment remedies, documenting and closing commercial loan transactions and achieving solutions for both debtors and creditors in and outside of bankruptcy.
