Antonio Amoroso has a vast experience in the field of extraordinary financing and refinancing transactions, such as leveraged acquisitions, corporate financings, real estate finance and other financing and refinancing transactions, as well as in the debt restructuring of corporations in financial distress, also in the framework of the legal instruments set forth by the Italian insolvency law. He assists domestic and international clients, both sponsor and lender side, such as institutional investors, corporations, banks, financial institutions and other operators which are active in the Italian market.

Significant Accomplishments
After a long experience with primary Italian and International law firms, he joined Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners in 1995 and he became Head of the Real Estate Department in 1997. From 2006 to 2010 Mario was Vice President and General Counsel of Toti Group. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Assoimmobiliare (Confindustria).
