He founded the firm in 1981. Ariel is the most senior advocate in the Turks and Caicos Islands and has extensive experience in Turks and Caicos and also in England appearing as an advocate in various appeals before the Privy Council.

He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1979 and to the Bar of the Turks & Caicos Islands in 1980.

Education
Ariel is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and of the Inns of Court School of Law (London).

Significant Accomplishments
Ariel is a former TCI Government Minister and a former Governor's appointed member of the TCI Legislative Assembly. In 2000 he was awarded an OBE for his services to the Islands and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2002 in recognition of his excellence and experience as an advocate.
