Arrigo Arrigoni has a significant experience in domestic and cross-border Banking, DCM, Energy and Infrastructure transactions.

He assisted a number of sponsors and financiers in connection with some of the most relevant and innovative energy and infrastructure deals in Italy and across Europe in the last years, focusing on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of financing and refinancing agreements, in different technical forms (including bond and project bond issues), and related ancillary documentation.

He has also taken part to numerous bond issues, on both domestic and international markets, by issuers active in different industries.

He is also experienced in the drafting and negotiation of M&A acquisition and joint-venture agreements, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and project contracts.

Education
He graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara and he is a member of the Italian Bar.
