Arrion’s practice focuses on representing borrowers in asset-based financing for private and government insured loans.
Arrion is an associate in the Richmond office on the Capital Finance & Real Estate team. She counsels and represents borrowers in asset-based financing for both private and government insured loans, including drafting and negotiating loan transaction documents, drafting opinion letters, and managing local counsel review and analysis of state governed transaction documents.
She also has experience representing closely-held businesses, private equity, and public companies in asset and equity acquisitions and sales.
Relevant Experience
- Assists clients with entity formation and drafting of operating agreements, bylaws, organizational document certifications, and corporate resolutions authorizing company actions.
- Advises clients in the formation of private equity funds and investments in joint ventures, including drafting subscription agreements, analyzing the Securities and Exchange Commission requirements for prospective investors to qualify as an accredited investor, and serving as point of contact for investors.
- Manage and conduct due diligence review for client investments in joint ventures and limited partnerships.
