As Deputy Chief Marketing Officer, Ashley provides strategic and tactical marketing advice to the firm’s lawyers, with a focus on post-merger firm integration, team-blending, and efficiencies for marketing, events, branding and public relations.

Ashley has nearly 22 years of marketing experience across many industries, including legal, high-tech, energy, political, and consumer goods and services.

In her previous position as the Director of Marketing at Andrews Kurth Kenyon, Ashley  was responsible for the management and direction of the firm’s marketing team, which supported all firm practices and programs for over 420 lawyers in 11 locations, including marketing and advertising for business development, women’s initiatives, professional development, recruiting, diversity, and alumni and community relations.  She served as a key member of the firm’s Emergency Response Team following natural disasters like Hurricane Ike, Sandy and Harvey, as well as a key member of the team coordinating the launch of the firm’s Dubai and London offices. As the firm’s spokeswoman, Ashley also regularly crafted media statements for the firm’s managing partner and was a key member of the communications, branding, and integration teams for the 2016 acquisition of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP and the 2018 merger with Hunton & Williams LLP.

Ashley is an experienced multi-tasker and collaborator, with a record of success in a variety of demanding, fast-moving environments. Her sweet spot is operating efficiently in fluid and chaotic environments, developing sound processes for project delivery and building effective relationships and teams.
