Adrian Szycowski is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on securities, taxation, and corporate law.

Adrian advises clients from a broad range of industries on navigating complex transactional and strategic matters, including private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, private placement offerings, tax-incentivized transactions, corporate governance, and equity and debt finance. He focuses his practice on representing funds, sponsors, syndicators, promoters, developers, lenders, and investors. He regularly represents private investment funds in their formation, operation, and investment transactions.

Reliable and enthusiastic when working through these transactions, Adrian designs and delivers personally tailored solutions for his clients to ensure their deals get done right.

Prior to joining Bradley, Adrian served as an associate for a boutique tax, securities, and real estate focused law firm located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia.
