He has over a decade of experience in intellectual property matters. His professional practice has been focused on Intellectual Property consulting and litigation in connection with trademarks, copyrights, patents, domain names and unfair competition.
He has substantial experience in litigation matters, including prosecuting and defending nullity, cancellation and infringement proceedings before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, the Federal Administrative Justice Court, the Federal Circuit Courts, the District Courts and before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice. Alejandro has significant experience in settlement negotiations and drafting contacts in connection with intellectual property rights, as well as performing due diligences and audits on intellectual property transactions.

Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana Mexico City (IBERO), 2013.
Masters Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Antitrust and New Technologies from the Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, 2018.
