He also advises insurer clients extensively on interpretation of policy wordings and policy-related disputes with insured parties or other insurers regarding employees' compensation policies, third party motor vehicles policies, contractors’ all risks insurance policies, building owners’ corporation third party policies, re-insurance treaties, etc. His other specialities include contentious litigation involving property damage claims, real properties, tenancies/leases and non-contentious business relating to drafting of policies.
