Allan is a senior associate in the corporate and finance group. He also advises on various aspects of commercial property and commercial property development projects on the island.

He has a particular interest in property finance and security matters. His wide experience of development projects enables him to provide responsive advice on Guernsey law issues arising in connection with the acquisition and financing of real estate through Guernsey investment and holding vehicles.

Significant Accomplishments

Allan is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey. Before moving to Guernsey he practised for a number of years as a solicitor in the City of London where he specialised in real estate and real estate financing.
