Andrea Mazziotti di Celso has a broad experience in M&A, restructuring, corporate finance and private equity. In recent years he was involved in some of the most important transactions on the Italian market. He assists Italian and international primary companies and industrial groups, private equity funds, institutional investors, banks and investment funds on extraordinary transactions including corporate and capital market deals. He was often involved in extraordinary transactions in the IT-TLC sector and managed also several large outsourcing transactions.

He started his professional career in 1989 at the Rome office of a US law firm. In 1995 he joined Gianni & Origoni where he became Partner in 2001. He left Gianni & Origoni in 2006 to found an independent firm and returned to the firm in 2019. Andrea graduated summa cum laude at LUISS Guido Carli university in Rome and in 1993 obtained a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence at New York University.

He is a member of the Italian Bar and of the New York Bar.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
