Andrew Van Osselaer is a litigator in the Austin office who handles a varied docket of complex commercial disputes and government investigations across multiple sectors. Whether in an environmental enforcement action or a coverage dispute, Andrew commits himself to working closely with clients to understand the distinct legal and business challenges they face in order to deliver skillfully tailored solutions. Andrew believes creativity and adaptability are the key to great legal service. That is why he strives to look beyond clients’ immediate obstacles to render practical solutions that anticipate their future needs.

Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Andrew graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law and served as the Managing Editor of the Texas Law Review. Prior to law school, Andrew worked as an entertainment lighting designer in Austin.
