Annalese is a Government Relations Manager at DSD Advisors, LLC, the government relations consulting affiliate of the firm that partners with public, private, and nonprofit clients to achieve their public policy goals at the local, state, and federal levels. She is responsible for City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County client management and communications team on behalf of all DSD clients.

Annalese has been heavily involved in Cincinnati local politics, most recently as the Special Assistant to the Mayor of Cincinnati. Her experience includes producing digital communications, managing cases and meetings between constituents and governmental offices, and organizing strategic initiatives and events. Annalese also has experience in local community organizing, having assisted campaigns from local levies to congressional races.

Annalese is a graduate of Xavier University where she also serves as Student Body President. She studied Philosophy, Politics, and the Public with a minor in Political Communication. While at Xavier, she studied in Washington D.C. in the Leadership + the American Presidency program, where she studied leadership strategies through the lens of bipartisanship. She also serves as the Treasurer of the Hamilton County Young Democrats and as a member of the government-appointed Hamilton County Commission on Women and Girls. She is a member of the Cincinnati Regional USA Chamber of Commerce’s Cincy Next Class 11. She resides in Newport, Kentucky.
