Ashley Milnes is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Milnes focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters and has successfully represented a broad range of clients in high stakes matters in both state and federal court. Her clients hail from a variety of industries, including health care, real estate, apparel, and manufacturing. Ashley regularly advises clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and investigation through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeals. She has extensive experience successfully taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and resolving matters through mediation and arbitration.

Ms. Milnes represents a diverse array of health care clients, including hospital systems, physician groups, billing companies, emergency transportation providers, and ambulatory surgery centers. Ms. Milnes has successfully litigated numerous large exposure reimbursement cases against major health plans and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of health care providers.

While in law school, Ms. Milnes served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
