Ayesha Rambajun is a Senior Associate at ENS in Mauritius. She specialises in legal and compliance risk management, banking, contract law, and general corporate matters.

Ayesha has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of supplier agreements and commercial contracts. She is experienced in advising on regulatory issues and corporate governance matters.

Ayesha’s responsibilities comprise of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, handling data protection and conducting due diligence.

Ayesha's experience includes working with financial institutions, local and international, in various in-house legal settings. She has also headed the legal and compliance department of a major group of companies in Mauritius.
