Béatrice Viertl Bujard is counsel in the Banking and Finance, and Corporate/M&A team based in the Geneva office of Walder Wyss. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, as well corporate and structured finance transactions at a national and international level. Her practice covers general corporate and contractual law, corporate restructuring and joint ventures, and further includes advice to financial institutions and individuals on wealth and asset management issues.

Béatrice Viertl Bujard graduated from the Geneva University in 1987 and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1990. She then worked as an associate in an important law firm based in Geneva before leaving in 1998 on expatriation. She returned in 2008 to the Geneva Bar as senior associate with a major business law firm prior to joining Walder Wyss.

She is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Geneva Bar Association and also of the Career Wowen’s Forum (CWF).

Béatrice Viertl Bujard's professional languages are French, English, German and Spanish. She is registered with the Geneva Bar and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
