Becky is an Associate in the Real Estate division. 

 

Becky has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, in particular acting for landlords and tenants in lease and licencing transactions for both investment and occupational purposes. Becky also acts on sales and purchases including assets with a residential element, student housing, development sites and investment portfolios. She has dealt with a range of clients in multiple sectors. 

 

Becky also has experience acting on the real estate elements of corporate and banking transactions, carrying out property due diligence and providing advice on warranties and disclosures. 

 

Becky graduated from the University of Reading and qualified in April 2020 . She joined Shoosmiths in November 2022.
