Profile
Boseul "Jenny" Jeong focuses her practice on general litigation with an emphasis on issues affecting institutions of higher education. She has worked on a variety of matters involving employment discrimination, commercial contracts, Fair Housing Act, and constitutional challenges. Jenny has additional experience in regulatory research on topics including zoning restrictions and state licensing requirements.
Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, Jenny worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Liam O'Grady, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she drafted memoranda on issues such as personal jurisdiction, contract interpretation, and statutory interpretation, as well as issues related to veterans' reemployment rights and Federal Rules of Evidence 404(b). In addition, Jenny has significant experience working in Seoul, South Korean for a variety of NGOs, conducting research and providing recommendations on the protection of unregistered children, the persecution of North Korean defectors, and the reunification of Germany and its implications for the two Koreas. Jenny is fluent in Korean.
