Brad advises attorneys on conflicts of interest, legal ethics, and other professional responsibility and risk management issues. He also works with the firm's management to develop and implement internal policies and procedures in the areas of business intake, conflicts, records management, and lateral attorney hiring. Brad is a frequent speaker on risk management matters.
