Profile

Brandon Demyan is an attorney in the Economic Development Practice Group. Brandon assists business clients in all phases of site selection from work force, business climate, and logistics to the negotiation, implementation, and compliance of incentive agreements. He has assisted many large-scale projects, including Panasonic, with their first stand-alone battery manufacturing facility outside of Kansas City, Kansas. Brandon also represents clients in general corporate and tax matters guiding clients through the statutory tax abatement process before jurisdictions across the state.

His other focus is on advocacy management for clients, including legislative monitoring and analyzing industry impacting legislation both on a state and federal scale.

Prior to joining Bradley, Brandon served as policy director and general counsel in the Office of the Alabama Senate President Pro Tempore, where he developed short-term and long-range policies, bills, and amendments related to infrastructure, tax, education, budget reform and economic development. While in that position Brandon played a key role in developing and shepherding the Rebuild Alabama Act to final passage. He has extensive experience in working with the Alabama legislative and executive branches, as well as local governments and private partners.
