Profile

Jackson Parker is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. He has drafted capacity power purchase agreements, AIA contracts, power purchase agreements, and various other contracts, and provided project counsel and construction plan review.

Jackson also has experience managing $100 million in projects as a project engineer, owner’s representative, and assistant project manager at construction firms in the Southeast. These projects have included athletic, education, industrial, and multi-family facilities.

Jackson earned a J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and was a member of the Air and Space Law Society. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Science from Mississippi State University.
