Profile
Quinn focuses on all aspects of complex product liability litigation, representing clients in commercial and civil disputes—including class action defense—across a broad spectrum of industries. His major corporate clients include manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
While in law school, Quinn was the chair of the Washington & Lee Moot Court Board. During his first summer of law school, Quinn interned for The Honorable William P. Johnson, US District Judge for the District of New Mexico. Throughout his third year of law school, Quinn served as a judicial extern for The Honorable John A. Gibney, Jr., US District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Experience
- Represents multiple Fortune 500 companies in mass tort and product liability litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States
- Represents a manufacturer in a multi-million dollar contract dispute involving the application of Delaware law to liquidated damages clauses
- Represents pro bono clients as part of the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project, before the Department of Veterans Affairs, and in several international child abduction cases
