Carly advises clients on a broad range of corporate and business tax matters. Having worked in commercial Real Estate for 5 years prior to specialising in tax law, Carly primarily focuses on real estate transactions and property taxes, but also has experience advising on corporate tax matters including M&A transactions and reorganisations and advising on employee incentives arrangements.

Carly joined Shoosmiths in 2014, commenced her training contract with Shoosmiths in 2019 and qualified as an associate in September 2021.
