Carson Phillips is a litigator who represents clients in a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, business torts, general commercial litigation, and class actions. His work has covered a broad range of substantive law, including product liability, complex commercial, toxic tort, and breach of contract. Carson litigates matters on behalf of clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, financial services, government enforcement, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Carson has experience as a member of national trial and MDL counsel teams involving asbestos, toxic exposure, premises cases, and national prescription opiate proceedings. As a member of those teams, Carson has been involved with all stages of discovery and case management, including document discovery, fact and expert depositions, drafting key motions and briefs, expert witness retention, discovery, and local counsel coordination. He has deposed and defended fact and expert witnesses in venues throughout the country.
