Chiraag Maharaj is an Associate at ENS in the Intellectual Property practice.

Chiraag specializes in trade mark matters, including the availability, registrability and prosecution of marks.

Her prior experience includes re-branding projects for large local and international brands across Africa, India, China, the USA and the UK.  The projects that she has developed and implemented have been pioneering initiatives that have significantly improved productivity, optimized efficiency and reduced complaints.

In addition, Chiraag is also experienced in portfolio management and due diligence exercises and has advised clients in the banking, pharmaceutical, retail and FMCG industries.

Chiraag is a member of the Legal Practice Council.
