Chris Burkhalter is a senior attorney in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group. He primarily focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.

Chris has experience managing a litigation team, including discovery, client outreach, meeting with opposing counsel, coordinating with multiple co-counsels, and drafting and revising briefs. He also has argued motions in federal court and drafted appellate and trial court briefs, including state and federal appellate briefs, summary judgment motions, motions to compel, Daubert motions, answers, complaints, applications for TROs, and applications for temporary and permanent injunctions.
