Profile
Chris Lubbe is a Project Manager at ENS in the IntelligENS practice.
IntelligENS' clients benefit from his 10 years’ forensic and legal technology experience in the areas of electronic discovery (eDiscovery), computer forensics and digital investigations.
Chris has extensive experience in managing eDiscovery processes and document reviews in support of investigations and litigation. Chris has deep knowledge in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), a practical global resource of best practice standards to improve eDiscovery, privacy, security, and information governance. He focuses on early data assessment and early case assessment, including the application of analytics and custom workflows, to enhance the quality of investigations and discovery matters, while managing cost and risk. He incorporates machine learning and automation into the intelligENS practice, pushing the boundaries to create novel solutions, while understanding how to work within the limits of these technologies.
Chris guides corporations and legal firms in preparing and responding to discovery requirements in regulatory and litigious matters.
He performs digital forensic investigations on potentially dishonest individuals on behalf of private and public sector clients and conducts business intelligence reports on suspects during investigations, as well as data analytics. Further to this, he conducts anti-corruption compliance screening on business partners, agents and intermediaries and forensic due diligence for transactional matters, such as, target entities for mergers and acquisitions
Chris has assisted clients in a variety of legal and compliance matters across continents, including the United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, Angola, the United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Zambia, Nigeria, Mozambique, Gabon, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia and South Africa.
