Corina Bove, lawyer, is a Partner at Guyer & Regules and specializes in corporate and banking matters. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate law at large, financing transactions and debt restructurings, securities offerings and advising financial institutions in banking transactions in general. She has been recognized by international legal publications such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for her performance in Corporate/M&A matters.
Corina has been selected by daily El Observador (2013) among the 50 most influential women in Uruguay and by Latin Lawyer (2013) among the 50 most inspiring women in Law in Latin America. She is also a member of the board of directors and executive committee of World Services Group, is member of the International Bar Association and has been a speaker in several conferences in Uruguay and abroad.
Corina is a Fulbright Scholar (2000, LASPAU) and is dual-qualified and admitted to practice Law both in Uruguay and New York.
Within the firm, Corina acts as mentor for young women lawyers and leads the internal committee on women in the profession. She is also very active in several pro-bono initiatives, including those related to childhood and education.
