Land use due diligence and process preparation

Crissy Jung focuses on land use and zoning matters. She handles zoning entitlement cases and consistently manages multiple projects in Arizona and across the nation. Crissy prepares and implements complex planning application processes, including:

• Land use and zoning due diligence
• Use permit and variance requests
• Planned Area Developments and rezoning district requests
• Drafting legal correspondence
• Hearing and neighborhood meeting presentations
• Exhibits in regard to municipal-level government relations, land use and zoning issues
• Interpreting federal, state, county and municipal statutes, ordinances, policies and local codes

Crissy has strong relationships with local jurisdictions, district officials and government staff, which allow her to address client needs and conduct extensive due diligence and ordinance research.
