As an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group, Danny Culpepper assists clients in a variety of corporate matters, including business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.

He received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a member of the Law and Psychology Review. While in law school, Danny spent time as a visiting student at Peking University School of Transnational Law in Shenzhen, China, where he studied international law and investment treaty arbitration. Prior to attending law school, Danny earned a B.A. in English from Davidson College.
