Profile
At the Frankfurt office of Heuking Kuehn Lueer Wojtek, I am responsible for the areas Dispute Resolution and Compliance.
I act in litigious issues and advocate clients in lawsuits and arbitration procedures in national as well as international disputes. In this regard, I deal with dispute avoidance strategies and all aspects of dispute resolution, be it in state court Trials or in arbitration prodecures with special experience in the areas of D&O liability and professional liability issues, national and international arbitration cases as well as post-M&A-disputes.
