Profile
Dan Lawrence is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group. He represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors engaged in a broad range of construction projects. His practice focuses on litigating and resolving the many issues that can arise in the construction industry, including payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, delays, and construction defects, among others. In addition, Dan assists clients in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
Dan is active in the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. In 2022, Dan completed the AGC’s Construction Leadership Program, a six-month course for emerging leaders in the construction industry.
Prior to joining Bradley, Dan received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and B.S. from Tulane University with a double major in Legal Studies and Marketing.
