Profile
As an associate on the firm’s retail and consumer products litigation team, Daniella assists clients in complex commercial litigation involving a variety of subject areas, including antitrust law, federal and state civil rights law, and consumer law.
With extensive experience in electronic discovery, deposition assistance, motions practice, and trial preparation, Daniella is primed to handle clients’ litigation needs every step of the way. While in law school, Daniella served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington of the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida and as a year-long law clerk in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Daniella maintains an active pro bono practice and was recognized as an Exceptional Pro Bono Pledge Honoree at her graduation from Georgetown Law.
Relevant Experience
- Represents a medical equipment supplier in an antitrust case involving allegations of attempted monopolization through bundled discounting.
- Defends a retail company in a case brought by consumers under federal and state civil rights laws.
- Tracks potential client exposure to claims brought under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act and the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act as well as various states’ Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices statutes.
