As a senior attorney in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, Doug Robertson has more than 16 years of experience in general and complex litigation management. He has handled cases in both state and federal court in all stages of the litigation process, from pre-suit through trial and appeal, as well as through alternative dispute resolution.

Doug counsels clients in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries on the management of mass tort and complex litigation through the development and implementation of best practices, cost containment measures, and coordination of counsel. Doug also represents clients in litigation matters involving insurance defense and labor and employment law. He counsels insurers on policy interpretation and coverage analysis, as well as advises employers subject to state and federal employment laws.
