Eleanor is a senior associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation team in Jersey.

Eleanor has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, as well as an in-depth understanding of Jersey corporate and trust structures developed during her time working in non-contentious teams.

Eleanor's practice includes all aspects of Jersey commercial and trusts litigation. She has been involved in complex commercial litigation, including fraud and unfair prejudice claims. She is also regularly instructed in trust disputes, acting for beneficiaries and trustees. Her familiarity with Jersey private wealth structures informs her advisory work, which includes advising on insolvency and sanctions issues. Eleanor also has experience of asset recovery work, both obtaining freezing and disclosure orders and advising trustees and corporate administrators on their application.

Eleanor was ranked as one of ePrivateClient's "Top 35 Under 35" in 2022.

Since her arrival in Jersey in 2015, Eleanor has gained experience in a wide variety of litigation matters at top tier Jersey firms, including a litigation boutique. She conducted her first trial in 2023.

Eleanor was called to the Bar of England & Wales by Inner Temple in 2015, and subsequently trained and qualified as an English solicitor in Jersey. She was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2021.

Eleanor studied French and Russian at the University of Glasgow and converted to law at Nottingham Trent University.
