Elizabeth Felicidario is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone. Her practice includes a broad variety of energy transactions, including coal, crude oil, natural gas and renewable energy. She handles energy finance matters, as well as the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas properties. Elizabeth has represented clients in secured reserved-base credit facilities, and has experience with a variety of transactions, including inventory monetizations, ISDA master agreements and schedules, power purchase agreements and oil and gas purchase and sale agreements.
