Ema Tasevska is an associate at Polenak Law Firm. Her main areas of work include Personal Data Protection, Energy Law, Environmental Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law and Information Technology Law. She also has experience in Corporate Law, preparation of corporate documents for corporate changes and incorporation of companies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Anti-Money Laundering and E-commerce. Ema has attended the Summer University for Civil Law organized by the Foundation pour le droit continental Paris, and successfully completed the activities: Digital Law, Intellectual Property, European Contracts and Introduction to Civil Law. Ema holds a LL.M in Business Law from the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, North Macedonia and a LL.B. from the same university. She is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association. Ema is fluent in English.
