Flavia represents energy and utility issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions.
Flavia assists clients with a range of securities transactions, including SEC-registered debt and equity public offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings, common stock offerings, and convertible, preferred and hybrid securities offerings. She also has experience advising clients on high yield debt offerings and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, Flavia was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where she advised investment banks in connection with public and private financing transactions, including debt and equity offerings and syndicated institutional loans.
