Professional Career
Francis has been on the roll of the Order since 2010 and is mainly involved in corporate start-ups, reorganizations, sales, mergers and financing. His practice also includes setting up trusts and real estate law.
He completed a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master’s in Notarial Law at Université de Sherbrooke.
Francis practiced as a notary in various private offices offering province-wide services before joining the Sherbrooke team in the winter of 2021.
